Some time ago, some traffic offenders in Lagos were subjected to psychiatric test and I feel this is worse than driving against traffic. This type of dressing is not allowed in some institutions of higher learning in Nigeria. There is need to have a place for miscreants in our society as being done regularly by Lagos state govt.
