In a ruling presided by Justice Muslim Hassan, he ordered that the funds be handed over to Federal Government pending when the "owner" surfaces to make a court case against the order.

If it belongs to all Nigerians, how will the poor masses on the street benefit from it??? I'm sure it will be re-looted. It's all games.
Hope the federal government will chanoel these money to where it will be useful.
