The federal high court in Abuja has dismissed the frivolous suit filed by the Governor of Bauchi State that set out to challenge the decision of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to resume collation of polling unit results in Bauchi governorship election, where PDP was leading.
Incumbent governor, APC's Mohammed Abubakar was defeated by PDP's Bala Mohammed in the area.
