Bamanga Tukur Resigns as PDP Chairman?

After few weeks of grandstanding and talking tough, the embattled Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Bamanga Tukur, has allegedly resigned as a result of pressure of some governors and the First Lady who is said to already of a preferred candidate for the position.

Is Tukur really out? If truly he has resigned, who will take over? That is the big question waiting for answer.
