@Hon tony: i tank God i heard u wel, as u said "as we all hear frm him (Jonathan). This shown us is jst a mere talk, no any action to back it. Eg "No any Govt fight corruption than my Govt- Jonathan. Jst a talk. tel me who is in jail??? & this wuld b the action.
Well said Mr president.I rightly agree with you on the issue of crude oil being bought and refined abroad by foreign refineries. The American govt will not claim they know nothing about all that is happening and yet they want corruption to be stopped in Nigeria overnight.Let them first of all stop the rot in there govt system by not patronizing in stolen crude then we can adjust ourselves as a nation. It is time we all stop blaming president Goodluck Johnathan but rather encourage him for the little he has done.Power as far as we all are concerned was a forgotten issue in Nigeria but we can all agree that it is improving by the day.Common lets give this man a credit. From a concerned Nigerian.
You took the words out of my mouth Olu. I didn't bother to watch the interview as I don't expect anything worthwhile of GEJ or a system that thrives in mediocrity.
However, I've long said the West often speaks with two voices. Why do monies from corrupt governments end up in their banking systems without prosecution of looters?
If the West can fight terrorism, intercept narcotics and freeze proceeds of its sales, clamp down on ivory trade, blood diamonds, illegal arms trade etc then they can equally stem the tide of crude oil theft which obviously ends up in their refineries with proceeds used to fund militancy resulting in unstable governments, disruptions in the global crude market and ultimately global economy
See as him mouth dey shake! Christiana Amanpour looks like d President and Jonathan looks like he is on triall! Big Mumu. Can't answer pointed questions! What a jerk!
So cos d stolen crude oil is refined abroad it is okay to steal them? Can u plug the loophole that allows crude to be stolen frm ur nose Mr corruption, sorry President? Simple reason,it is his gang that is stealing d oil! That's why d oil minister is an untouchable! Even d world have seen d massive nature of corruption in nigeria! Disgusting, despicable man who was foisted upon us by Obasanjo. He can't even talk without twisting his lousy mouth to a corner bush man!!
i swear gej did not deserve that seat is a dissapointment to us new generation his a very weak thief we knew his a thief but some thief are smart hahahaha this man no be am
These are questions that will never be asked the president in Nigeria. Instead we get compromised journalism. Thank you newscaster. The president is in denial. Always somebody else's fault. The issue of Decay at the Police college(answer: "they are trying to embarrass my govt".) The issue of light(answer: "its a long standing problem for years. Ask the people of Lagos /Abuja and they will tell you its improved".Wow!
What about boko haram, could this be caused by corruption, poverty and brutality on innocent civilians. (answer: That is not true. thst is not correct!).
What a shame the so called president cant articulate serious issues for which he is elected. always embarrassed when ever this pompass ass has to talk in international forum sure enough the interviewer knows more than he do and i bet he is going there with largest contingent of aids; shameless freaks.
When u listen to jonathan speach or answers to question I get lost and ask ao did dis man got a phd maybe in swimming. This man is a bloody opportunist.
