I hear the likes of Cossy Orjiakor, and other big babes who are well endowed in the upper region have started complaining of back pain due to the size of their boobs.
So, watch it ladies and think twice before wishing for a bigger breast or going out of your way to spend your money for its acquisition. There are disadvantages.
