Men of the Nigeria Police Force in Lagos State have arrested and arraigned a 47-year old man, identified as Akah Nkereuwem Udoh, for sexually abusing and impregnating his sister’s 13-year-old daughter who was released to him for 'proper training and good education'.
The incident occurred at 31, Rauf Adebiyi Street, Igando, Lagos. Mr. Udoh was said to have gone to his village and promised his sister, Mrs. Blessing Bassey, that he would take the victim to Lagos and send her to school, a request his sister gladly accepted.
