It was another day of revelations at the House of Representatives ad-hoc Committee probe on the near collapse of the Capital Market, as the immediate past Director-General of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), Professor Ndidi Okereke-Onyuike made her presentations.

According to her, the government regulators; the Central bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC), failed to provide any guide lines for margin loans which she said banks used to speculate on share prices, leading to the crisis.

Residents of Agboku, a community in the Ado-Odo area of Ogun State were thrown into confusion on Thursday, 13th April, when news filtered out about the kidnap of a 70- year-old-woman, madam Aduke Karimu Sawo. The kidnappers were said to be money rituals. But what alarmed people of the area was when it became clear that they were sent by Pastor Rafiu Sawo, the biological son of the woman.

Born a Muslim 35 years ago, Rafiu Sawo is now a Christian and the founder of Celestial Church of Christ [Oke Itura Parish], Owode, Ogun state, which he shepherds. The old woman was reportedly kidnapped and taken away on a chartered motorcycle to a thick forest, near Ayede village where her throat was slashed with knife.

Heavy Bomb Blast Rocks The City Of Kano

People are running in different directions. There is total pandemonium in the premises of the College of Education here in Kano. I dont know what to say but there is problem everywhere, a source in Kano told Olufamous.com.

Another source say the explosion occurred from a bomb planted at the Federal College of Education in Kano around 1:20pm on Tuesday. The federal college of education is located opposite the old site of the Bayero University campus, where about three time bombs were recovered early Tuesday.

Time Bombs Discovered Inside Bayero University

It's very unfortunate to hear that explosives were successfully planted on the premises of Bayero University in Kano barely two weeks after the institution came under Boko Haram attack. 

A police source revealed that the bombs were found hidden at the faculty of law and faculty of sciences respectively earlier ton Tuesday by university security personnel. The source also revealed that this would be the fourth time locally made bombs concealed to create maximum casualty is found  in the city of Kano.

The actor said he is not dead but alive. He wondered where the story emanated from. When asked where he was, he said he was in his house at Abeokuta.
