52-year-old Bola Adebisi has broken a previous record for ingested drugs set on March 30, 2011, by another Nigerian man, 46-year-old Yomade Aborishade, who was arrested for ingesting four pounds of heroin in 100 pellets.

Airport authorities at the Dulles International Airport, Washinton, say Bola Adebisi ingested an incredible 180 thumb-sized pellets filled with heroin.

The young man in the picture above Corporal James Ameh, a Mobile police officer serving in Rivers State, was battered by 6 police officers that he was working with. He tried to stop his colleagues from extorting money from motorists at Eleme Junction roundabout, in Rivers State, and that appeal lead to their beating him silly.

The Corporal was dumped on the street by the rouge officers and some unsympathetic members of the public did not help his situation. The Inspector General of Police is therefore urged to ensure that these errant officers are apprehended and prosecuted without further delay.
