The concessionaire of the Lekki-Epe expressway, Lekki Concession Company (LCC), made good its promise to start the collection of toll on the highway on Sunday. But it came at a heavy cost to the public - serious vehicular traffic on both sides of the expressway.
Governor Babatunde Fashola (pictured above), in a bid to score a cheap point, had to open his car door to pay the toll so that cameramen could snap him... lol.
