The 34-year-old man, in connivance with his wife, Eno, and a friend, Idom Essong, staged and kidnapped one of the company’s directors simply identified as Adebayo, squeezing a ransom of N36 million from his family.

The Catholic Bishop of Sokoto Diocese, Most Rev Matthew Kukah, has condemned the acquisition of private jets by Christian leaders, saying it diminishes the moral voice of the church to speak against the evils committed by politicians in power.
