Top among the demands and expectations of Nigerians are improved security and power, rule of law, job creation, keeping promises, transparency in governance and decisive war against corruption.

Indeed, some leaders doubted the ability of the government to deliver on its promises, with some saying there might be more disappointments in 2013.
