It has been confirmed by multi sources in Jalingo, the Taraba State capital, that many civil servants in the Ministry of Finance building were injured in the latest attack by suspected Boko Haram members.
"I can confirm to you that 10 people have been confirmed dead," a source told an online media, adding that the bodies have been deposited at the Federal Medical Centre, Jalingo.
Another source, who was in Jalingo to execute a contract for a ministry said, "I came to network a ministry here. I was with the programme manager when the explosion occurred. The ministry has lots of casualties."

Many civil servants who were just reporting for work this Monday morning were bombed by men suspected to be Boko Haram agents. The building was blown apart...there is commotion...I cant tell you casualty figure now, a source told Olu Famous Blog.
An online media said there are reports that the state commissioner of police was the actual target of the bombers and his whereabouts is yet unknwon. Multi sources say the dreaded Islamic sect, Boko Haram, is suspected to be behind the attack.
Taraba State Police spokesperson, Ibiang Mbasike, has confirmed the attack.
