An Abuja High Court on Monday sentenced Yakubu Yusuf, the former head of the Police Pension Board, to two years in prison.
Unfortunately, he was given an option of N250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand naira only) to avoid the jail sentence. This means he'll walk away just like Ex-Gov Lucky Egbinedion. This man has already pleaded guilty to the embezzlement of N23.3 billion and is to forfeit property valued at a meager N325 million. So why such a ridiculous amount of fine?
What is N250,000 compared to N23.3 billion?

This will help Nigerians to now see that the Jonathan-led government does not support corruption. No matter the 'small fine', at least the man was convicted. Hon Tony

The politician now are well assured that the military will never again take over, because of America's world policing, but i tell them the truth, God of judgement will bring the good military to bring these politicians to judgement.
