Olufamous.com gathered that the 19 governors are unhappy with the signals they are getting from Aso Rock to the effect that President Jonathan wants a second term in 2015. A source disclosed to Olufamous.com that the governors have also set up a political machinery to resist inducements to cajole the north to accept any candidate from the south in 2015.
As part of strategies to reclaim power back, governors of the 19 northern states - under the aegis of Northern Governors Forum (NGF) - on Thursday in Kaduna agreed to work against all candidates from the Southern part of the country, including President Goodluck Jonathan, in order to produce a president from their own region.
Speaking at the opening session of their quarterly meeting held in Kaduna, Chairman of the NGF, Governor Babangida Aliyu of Niger State, said they will never allow what happened in 2011 to repeat itself in 2015. “We must be united more than ever to go into the 2015 elections as one entity with the aim of producing the president,” Aliyu said.

This is an indication that they don't have anything to offer to the people between now and 2015 when 3yrs time is still too far. You all can reason with me that votes no longer count but those anointed to rule will be declared winners. Who are governors in terms of electoral voting competitions to decide who will be president of nigeria in 2015 as if they are God. When will vote count in nigeria ? What hopeless country is this? It is the people that decides who rules and the so called 19 state governors. How are they sure that more states are not created from the south to outnumber the states from the north. It is possible. There is nothing incumbency cannot do in nigeria. If GEJ performs which I doubt so much , he will contest again. But if he fails to perform, which is the direction I see him going, he has no justification to stand for an election in 2015. For the so called governors of 19 , the presidency of nigeria is open to all sections of the country. The man that spends more and willing to rig without fear stands to win with or without our votes. That is nigeria system of election

The fools that call themselves govs, who are presiding over some deserts inhabited by blood thirsty almajires, created by the selfishness of their leaders who have ruled for almost half century with nothing to show for all these years. If a Southerner will not rule in 2015, then North should prepare to rule only their desert and the almajires, period!
