Embattled Senator Ahmed Zanna has shed more light into his dealings with the Boko Haram sect. During his interrogation by operatives of the SSS, the senator opened up on why he gave Boko Haram members N1.5M for Sallah rams.
He was said to have told his interrogators that he gave N1.5 million for Sallah rams to the sect members following their threat to launch an attack against him.
Sources said he explained that one thing led to another and Boko Haram captured one of his aides. They took the aide to his house for a search, they retrieved N250,000 and left a message with the aide for him that he should provide them with N10 million or they would come for him.
For fear of his life, he gave them N1.5m to buy Rams for Sallah celebration.

Mr Senator, are u sure dat is all there is to it? He shld be questioned further, Boko Boys will not be standing this strong without backing from some of our leaders. They can't be trusted one bit. Wolves in sheep's clothing.

D case of Senator Ali Ndome being indicted in Boko haram saga nothing was done on it & now is Anoda PDP Senator again Mr Ahmed Senna. D fact in dis issue is not far fetch, a boko haram kingpin is arrested in his own resident & 4 d wicked Senator giving out #1.5 milion 2 d sect. Dis now brought 2 my mind dat our Law is meant 4 d poor not 4 d rich , i believe in country when Law are meant 4 d general masses by now d Useles Senator should being in prison by now.

But Senator Zanna rather than help curb the menace of BH has succeeded in aggravating it by buying his life with 1.5m naira. A report to the security agencies should have sufficed. Thia is a clear case of strengthening the activities of the BH.
