Wat did u want dem to do 2 d pharmacists? They've even bin detained 4 too long. They only sold d drugs. Wen u go to buy drugs won't dey sell it 2 u? No one knws ur intentions towards it. Dnt even mention prescription cos it hardly works here in naija. Wud u go 4 a doc to prescribe paracetamol 4 u? Even if, Prescriptions can b forged too.... Olufamous tk 4 instance sum1 gets info from any of ur published articles n uses it 2 hurt or kill anoda person den calls ur name as d source of his or ha info, thereby dragging u in2 d case, wud u lyk it? U were only doing ur job/work,u neva knew any1 wud use it 4 evil. Finally, pls use ur head wen publishing.
I think this is an avenue for us to air our views, not for insalting each other. Nigerian let us discuss the issue at hand not the other way round. However thank God for freeing the innocent pharmacists who came do their runs in Lagos. Buble G.
Waw....These bastards pharmercists have bribed their way to freedom.9ja corrupt judges can never be trusted. Its only a bloody revolution that will stop thiese mess and wipe these bastards away. The judge is laughing to d bank while d parent of d victim are grieving.
The pharmacist sold prescription drugs without prescription to some people, who used the drugs to commit murder. That does not make them accessories to the murder. The judge dismissed them because they had no knowledge of the paln to kill someone. They can still be charged though, but for professional misconduct, not for the murder. And I remember, the Parmaceutical society had earlier called for the release of their members, explaining that they will be disciplined by the society according to the ethics of their profession. Olu it is a simple issue, these guys did not know what the killers wanted to do with the drug. If you know the drug being talked about then you will understand the rate youths are abusing the drug. Aboki sells the drug in most places as well. It is the Nigerian Pharmaceutical association that are to sanction these guys for selling this particular drug without a doctors recommendation.
This's 4 those people defending the two bastard Pharmercists;I hope they go ahead and sell more bad medicines to other criminal to drug, rape and murder your mothers, sisters and family member.Oloshi buruku
The Pharmacists cannot be held guilty of the charge because they were not part of the crew that murdered Cynthia. They can only be charged with an offence of selling prescription drugs without a prescription. I'm sure the DPP advised that the charge against the pharmacists be dropped because a conviction on murder cannot be sustained.
I believe the Pharmaceutical Council of Nigeria will move in to ensure that the pharmacists involved are punished. Please let us not blame the wrong guys for Cynthia's murder.
Dats Naija for u. Anything is possible
