After weeks of hide-and-seek, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Monday arrested fugitive businessman, Wale Babalakin shortly after he left the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) where he had sought refuge on the pretext illness.
The Bi-Courtney boss was picked up for his alleged involvement in fraud running into billions.
