UPDATE: Governor Idris Wada in Car Accident

We are living in dangerous times in Nigeria and our leaders really need to stop their "stealing" ways and change for the better to avoid all these problems befalling them one after the other.

According to reports reaching Olufamous.com, the executive governor of Kogi State, Idris Wada was involved in a car crash on Friday on the logoja road. The car was said to have somersaulted.

The governor has been rushed to the emergency ward of a government hospital. His ADC was said to have died at the scene of the accident, while the drivers sustained injuries.

Sources say the unfortunate incident was due to tyre bust.

  10. Olu Famous, why have you described this as sad? Is it because a governor has been involved in a motor accident? Is motor accident not a common occurrence on Nigerian roads? And what makes this so sad?
