A 34-year-old old man who was caught pants-down with another man's wife was given the beaten of his life and stripped naked by the woman's husband, Identified as Mr Bigboy and his brothers.
Mrs Vimbai, the adulterous wife, was said to have escaped through the window, leaving her lover at the mercy of her husband and his brothers.
However, the man, who claimed he lost all the money on him, has dragged Mr Bigboy and his brothers to a Magistrate court, claiming damages. He said: “I was in love with Vimbai and she did not tell me that she was married. She only told me that she was staying with her sister and invited me to sleep at the house.”
Consequently, police said they've established a case of assault and theft against the husband and his brothers, who are now standing trial in court. The adulterous wife refuse to make a statement or show up in court.

The Magistrate adjourned the case to 15th January 2013, for trial.
