Rising from a two day meeting, the National Judicial Council, NJC, has instructed President Goodluck Jonathan to reinstate the suspended President of the Court of Appeal, Justice Ayo Isa-Salami.
He was unceremoniously placed on suspension about Nine months ago, on August 18th, 2011, over series of allegations and "official misunderstanding" with the former Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Aloysius Kastina-Alu.
Olufamous.com gathered from credible sources in Abuja that a letter is being forwarded to the President based on the council's resolution and Justice Salami might just be returning to his office any time soon.
