40 Persons Killed In Kaduna As Violence Spread

The crisis situation in Kaduna, as a result of the bombing of three churches on Sunday, went out of control and the State government was left with no better option other than to declare a 24-hour curfew in the state.

The army, police and other security agencies have taken over the streets of Kaduna. A source who spoke to Olufamous.com from the state capital disclosed that human beings were slaughtered like animals as the situation "degenerated into a full blown religious war between Christians and Muslims."

Sources on ground in Kaduna told Olufamous.com that the situation is chaotic and lives were being taken without any form of regards, whatsoever. Following the bombings of three different churches in the city, some youths took the law into their hands. (See more pictures below)

As at the time of posting, the statement government have declared a 24-hour curfew in the State.

SUICIDE BOMBERS STRIKE CHURCHES; KILL WORSHIPPERS

It was another case of tears, sorrow and blood on Sunday, June 17th, in Kaduna as militant fighters  invaded two churches with bombs and heavy gunfire. As soon as the bomb went off, gunfight broke out between security agents and the militants. (See picture below)

Two suicide bombers, from what sources told Olufamous.com, drove bomb-rigged cars into the ECWA Church and CKC Church situated in different locations almost at the same time.
