Following the statement by Farouk Lawan’s lawyer, Chief Mike Ozekhome, claiming that the Audio Tape released to the media on Monday of a conversation between his client and Mr. Femi Otedola was doctored, Olufamous.com gathered that the complete video has now been put together.
The video, which is a "comprehensive version" of the sting operation, is said to be an explosive material that will further show Nigerians how Farouk got himself into the bribery mess.
In all, Otedola is said to have produced six video tapes and they have already passed through “forensic” examination to ascertain their authenticity. A source told Olufamous.com that as a counter move to efforts by the House of Reps to clear Farouk of any wrong in the bribery saga, the video will be released to several media houses at the same time.
Olufamous.com gathered from sources in Abuja that Farouk himself has watched part of the video while being detained by the police and that he is already working on his defence strategy with his lawyers. But many believe it will be a difficult task for him since he had earlier admitted that he collected the money and handed it over to the House Committee Chairman on Financial Crimes.
I wonder what Mike is trying to defend Farouk from when the man has even confessed to the crime.

DeleteTHERE'S NO NEED TO TAKE SIDES ON THIS MATTER. BOTH OTEDOLA AND FAROUK LAWAN ARE ECONOMIC SABOTEURS. THEY ARE IMPEDIMENTS TO NIGERIA'S ECONOMIC PROGRESS. THEY SHOULD FACE THE LAW. BUT, I DOUBT IF JUSTICE CAN TAKE IT'S COURSE ON THIS MATTER. GO BACK TO HISTORY, THEN YOU WOULD UNDERSTAND WHAT I MEAN.
