Why Is Eedris Abdulkareem So Rude To Call Obasanjo Mugu?

In recent times, some Nigerian musicians have been constituting themselves into nuisances to the people and government of Nigeria. Most of them don't sing to uplift lives but to promote crime and hatred.

Among the pack one person takes the lead and he is Eedris Abdulkareem. From our observation here on Olufamous.com, Eedris is too rude and unreasonable in his approach to issues.

When a Kennis Music artiste, KSB condemned Don Jazzy and Wande Coal recently for displaying too much nudity in a music video, one had thought that she was leading a positive crusade that she had first won in her own home, Kennis Music.

But the statement credited to Eedris while reacting to criticism by former President Olusegun Obasanjo of his controversial track, Nigeria Jaga Jaga, has shown that KSB's charity did not begin at home.

For Eedris to call Obasanjo a "mugu" is the highest level of irresponsibility. A man that is old enough to be your grand father and a two-time number one citizen of this country should be respected rather than called names, for whatever reason.

Kennis Music and PMAN should please call Eedris to order and, if possible, reprimand him.

  5. if in your perspective olufamous.com that the singer Eedris is rude in his song nigeria jaga jaga, then the late Fela and his son acted the same, what do you called them?,or because Obansanjo is a state man from west that do not give Eedris the right to sing his choice at that particular time.I personally don't see rudeness in that,he air his view about the country which is true.another example is between comedian Godon and minister of power ,what do you called that.

  10. Is this an issue of Freedom of speech Vs. Freedom of the Press??? Why should OLUFAMOUS think he should be reprimanded??? Because you've got a lot of followers???? Well, to the best of my knowledge, all existing media firms across the country are benefiting from the agonies of the masses. You guys help politicians achieve their goals et al!
Are you supposed to conclude that Idris has been rude??? Or do you really mean OBJ is actually your 'Grandfather'??? Before you spit shit online summon the courage to interview him first. And hey, Nigerian artistes nowadays lack the guts to look into the face of all those who have taken part in ruining our dear country. Leave the guy and do a GOOD JOB before u become unfamous...

  11. If Obj does not deserve to be called Mugu who then deserves it. Obasajo has a penchant for insulting people in public that he never give a damn about the the age of the person involve. No one deserves to be insulted, nt even a child.

  15. Nigeria Jagaga really is true live story. OBJ and others have not done well to tackle d key issue of dz country, rather buzy playing politics with over 150 millions of Nigerian.
If u out there havnt seen such thing that he EEdris had seen then u are just deceiving urself and d children yet on born.

But on a serious note he shouldnt hav called him (OBJ) names. He might be a bad guy, but good in some area or 4 d kind of person he is.

  16. If u think Nigerian iz not JAGAJGA iz bcos u hav not leave ur house or u r still on ur bed or u have not traveled or watch what is happening over there.
Wat are we saying? It will come to a point whn we will all carry guns and bomb pursing these men in power like boko haram b4 we will regain our freedom.
OBJ can never see Nigeria to be JAGAJAGA even his cows n fowls in OTA farm are feeding with ur money, watching CNN n African magic with Nigeria stolen money. Iyabo wth OIL block etc. then how can such a man see what Eedris had seen.
    May God help us.

  19. In as much as I do not condone younger people insulting elders, elders should respect their younger ones because respect is reciprocal. Why will Obasanjo keep referring and insulting the guy? Whatever Eedris replies, he asked for it.
