Are we so sure she is a thief afterall. I say this because she could just be a passenger inside that car and she was treatened to cooperate not knowing the car would be caught in the go slow. I have seen where a car was robbed with the owner right inside the car and he was made to follow the thiefs for further robbery so we need to be a bit careful and investigate the matter to its limiT
