The N15million fraud case involving controversial Nollywood actor, Jim Iyke and Habiba Abubakar suffered a little set back when it came up for hearing at a Magistrate Court sitting in Wuse Zone 6, Abuja, recently.

more time from the court to familiarize himself with the issues, claiming that he was handed over the case file by the initial prosecutor, Mr Chijoke Okezie a day before.
His request was agreed to by Jim Iyke's counsel, Barrister Esther. Consequently, the actor is expected to return to court on March 13, 2012.
It would be recalled that the actor was first arraigned on November 10, 2011, where he was charged with criminal breach of trust, criminal force, assault, cheating and criminal misappropriation.
He was reported to have also assaulted the lady who dragged him to court, Habiba Abubakar.
I think Jim should be wise and seek an out of court settlement. his image is at stake here.
