This is not restricted to Goodluck Jonathan, who currently occupies the office of President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, but all those who have ruled this country at one time or the other as well as those who will also rule in future (if they refuse to change for the better).
However, Olufamous.com observed that the major culprit is President Jonathan who, this week, reportedly broke a world record by travelling with 116 people to Brazil (for whatever reason). No president has ever visited Nigeria or any other country with that much...
The picture above was taking recently in the UK, a country where things work and the people's votes are truly their power, with which they can elect and/or remove their leaders from office.
Take a good look at the above picture: That is David Cameron, British Prime Minister and his wife waiting for a flight like all other passengers to Malaga, Spain. No ministers or politicians to give him Presidential handshake before he departs in his Private Aircraft.
But Back home in Nigeria: Our President has Nine (9) aircraft in his Presidential fleet and he wants to buy additional two in the 2012 budget... Only recently, on Tuesday, an Arik Air Flight was stranded in the air in Abuja for half hour (about 30 minutes) because a VIP wants to use the airport. Who is that VIP? No official of the Aviation industry is ready to talk.
Nigerians, what is really wrong with our President and Leaders?

What other evidence do we the citizens need to know that we are been ruled for wicked and corrupt human beings who only care about their compfort?

Revolution will soon happen
ReplyDeleteA president is entitled to a private jet and his security retinue! If David Camron choses to fly Dana air, that's his business!
ReplyDeleteSo folks don't get this twisted!
116 persons! What for? Is this man well @ all? In fact this weekend had just been jeopardized by this destructive news. But what a waste? This is the worst regime so far in the history of this nation.
ReplyDeleteHow do u think they can enjoy tge stolen loot in the tunes of trillions of naira? If not for organising a holiday spree and jamboree at the caribbeans. GEJ and his team of 116 persons, thats a local government area by statistics and a whole state budget by monetary terms. I see gross mismanagement of public funds on the side of our heartless clueless so-called leaders. Chikwam!!!
DeleteGod pass man
ReplyDeleteThat person that said a president is entitled to a private jet shows that you yoursef is corrupt. Having luxury while citizens suffers is a failure to the government. We are being colonised by British and we can't learn any positive things from them, too bad. I just pray we(yoruba, iboand hausa)go our separate ways. Thank you. Korede.
ReplyDeleteOur leaders should konw that revolution is next if thy do change & rule in fear of God.
