ReplyDeleteIT IS GOOD FOR PEOPLE TO VERIFY THEIR FACTS BEFORE SAYING IT OPEN. I LISTENED TO THE RADIO PROGRAMME MYSELF THIS MORNING. THERE IS A CLEAR CUT DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ENUGU-PORTHARCOURT ROAD, AND ABA-OWERI ROAD. MOST PEOPLE MISCONSTRUE THIS TWO ROADS. I AM FROM THIS REGION, I KNOW THESE ROADS VERY WELL. MOST PEOPLE THOUGHT THAT, HE WAS REFERRING TO ENUGU-PORTHARCOURT ROAD, WHICH IS THE WORST ROAD IN NIGERIA TODAY. THE ABA-OWERRI ROAD IS TRULY COMPLETED. IT STARTS FROM NNAZE JUNCTION NEAR ABA AND ENDS AT NEKEDE JUNCTION IN OWERRI. BUT THE FG SHOULD DO MORE WORK ON OUR ROADS, WHICH HAVE TURNED TO 'HIGH WAY TO THE GRAVE' FOR MANY NIGERIANS. THE GOVT OFFICIALS DON'T PLY THESE ROADS. IT IS THE MASSES THAT USES THESE ROADS. THATS WHY THEY DON'T FEEL OUR PAIN.
